Following a hailstorm, this modern-contemporary church with multiple damaged material types received an offer of $186,757.16 from its insurance company. The low offer amount was insufficient to bring the property back to its pre-loss condition. Since they had no insurance claim experience, the church hired C3 Group to assist them in negotiating a better settlement for the needed repairs.
