While “C3 Group” technically represents claims, consulting and construction what we are really known for is promoting cohesion, cooperation and consistency in the fragmented and constantly changing roofing industry.
We believe in clear and transparent communication between opposing parties. We believe cooperation should be favored over disputes. We believe in building partnerships that support honest, hardworking people. And most importantly, we believe none of this could be accomplished without being completely impartial to the truth – no matter what side you are on.
In an industry that notoriously hates Public Adjusters, all that we stand for is what has allowed us to rise to the top and be one of the largest and most respected Public Adjusting firms in the country.
And yet despite our best efforts, we see policyholders get taken advantage of by insurance companies every day. We’ve met with business owners recovering from some of the most horrendous natural disasters only to have their claim wrongfully denied. We’ve worked with contractors and seen firsthand how some of the laws and regulations hurt their business.
This may come as a surprise, but most of our team consists of people that used to work as insurance carrier adjusters and contractors. Our team has not only seen the absolute worst outcomes a policyholder or contractor can have with an insurance carrier – we’ve lived these situations ourselves. These experiences and desire to do what is right is why we have so much passion for making sure policyholders are made whole.
While our goal is and always will be to put policyholders first, we can’t help but feel that the current insurance restoration environment is making that harder and harder for everyone. New state laws, threats of UPPA and other “tactics” to control a few bad apples have done nothing to help policyholders – they’ve made it easier for insurance carriers to get out of paying valid claims.
That’s why we’ve created the American Adjuster Association.
American Adjuster Association (AAA) is an organization that everyone on the ‘policyholder side’ can get behind. Our mission is to create fairness and balance in the insurance claims industry. Our number one goal is to make policyholders whole again after filing a claim.
As a group, the AAA will object to laws and regulations that are difficult for adjusters on the policyholder side, educate property owners, elected officials, and the press. We will create awareness of the barriers that prevent a fair claim payout and arm policyholders with the tools they need before and after filing a claim. Ultimately, we will work towards passing new legislation to protect all policyholder’s best interests.
